I am looking for a way to get the job details, note, attachments, ect.... of a job by clicking on the AOI. I found can join the back to the AOI to get most things, and I can see the file name of the attachment, but I am not sure how to actually get the attachment to come up. It is stored in the database so how can I link to it from Arc Desktop or from a webmap?
