Question regarding 'Add Survey123 Form' functionality for creating extended properties table in ArcGIS Workflow Manager

I have followed the steps stated in the following  ArcGIS Workflow Manager blog.

First off, thank you @JFarmer  for this amazing blog. Within this blog , I have referred to the section of 'Associate survey data with jobs' to setup a workflow in ArcGIS Workflow Manager that will help me to read data that gets into ArcGIS Enterprise via a survey form and display it in the extended properties table.

For a simple Survey123 form, the provided options work fine. However, in my use case, the survey form has been setup based on a feature service which contains two items. (primary asset layer and a related asset inspection table.)

The information filled in via the survey gets collected in the asset inspection table mentioned above. Currently, the 'Add Survey123 form' option is unable to uniquely identify the asset inspection table even after providing the item ID of the survey form. Workflow Manager only seems to identify the primary asset layer for the extended properties table.

Could someone please let me know if ArcGIS Workflow Manager can be used to identify the survey form information  accurately in my scenario? Or if this is a known limitation with Workflow Manager.

Note: I am using Workflow Manager Advanced associated with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4.
