Best way to select all points in a specific polygon

Good morning

What widgets are needed to perform the following actions with EB:

  - select a specific polygon

  - select all points inside the polygon

  - provide a way to export the selection to an excel file

For example, selecting all  customers in a specific commission district or municipality.
