When having multiple extended properties configured for a job type you should be able to control privileges for each table.
Ex.
Job type 1 > custom properties 1 > privileges for group 1 and group 2
Job type 1 > custom properties 2 > privileges for group 2
This will allow us to document some properties that not all users may need to know about or should be looking at. At the least it should provides the option to be not editable to some group if you cant hide it.
