I am just getting started with Web Editor. I think it could be a great app for editing by our non-GIS staff. However, in my testing it appears that Web Editor is not respecting the edit settings of the feature service when a related table is involved. My feature service is set to disallow Delete so that staff can only add or update features and records but not delete them. Web Editor respects these settings for the features and their attributes, but is not respecting it for the related table records.
In Web Editor, the delete icon is disabled in the map and in the form for editing the attributes of a selected feature. But if I scroll to the bottom of the attribute form and select a related record, the form for editing the related record includes a delete icon.
This is a non-starter for us. We want to limit the permission to make deletions to the data owner only.
Does anyone else have the same problem? Is there a way to disable the DELETE option for the related table records?

@PierreloupDucroix, no we will not be patching 11.3 for this bug. The permissions are still respected (ie if delete is disabled it won't delete) it just shows the delete button. What other issues are you seeing with related records
Thanks for your answer.
The main issue I have is that it is not possible to add related records at all in 11.3, see here for more information : https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-web-editor-questions/trouble-creating-related-records-in-the-ne...
