Unable to Edit features shared through Distributed Collaboration in Web Editor in AGOL

I have a layer that is shared through distributed collaboration from ArcGIS enterprise 11.1 to a group in AGOL. The layer and the map appear in the group with the distributed collaboration no problem in AGOL. That same layer is also editable in our portal. Also, I can edit the layer in the web editor no problem, which is editing in the default. (I also have permissions to edit in the default). I do have admin privileges in both AGOL and Enterprise. We are using branch versioning and was able to see my layer and switch to it however, everything is greyed out. I can't type to edit an existing attribute or create a new feature. I am not sure if this is a bug or anything I should check permission wise. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @MelanieBass, we are looking into this. Is your distributed collaboration explicitly set to bi directional sharing? Meaning the Portal can edit the service and share those edits to Online and Online can edit the service and share those edits to Enterprise (screenshot below)

I dont have it set to copies, I set it to reference and put bidirectional sharing. I have since changed the workspace to copies as well to test and it was the same result.
