We really need to be able to change the filters on layers inside of the web editor rather than having to go back to the web map to do so!

@RyanKelley_NA are you looking for the same Filter capability that is in Map Viewer?

If added to Web Editor, the Filters would be temporary and not saved with the web map. Would this work for your use case?

@CraigGillgrass Thanks for the quick response!

Yes, I think the filters being temporary are fine and I am basically looking for the same functionality that is inside the web map.  I can see this being applicable for a lot of things but in my particular use case I am having people do street maintenance planning which requires creating and editing data for the current year (there is a year attribute on the street maintenance data) and also future years (there is also previous years' data in the same layer).  To keep things as simple as possible for people, I was setting the web map filter so that Year = 2025 but in doing so they obviously cannot see/edit the data for future years in web editor so they keep having to go back and change the filter in the web map.

I know, as always, there are ways to work around this like having multiple layers in the web map that each have their own filter for each year but I do think that overcomplicates things for people!

Thanks,

Ryan
