Dynamic Attribute/Measure Tooltip

Please allow for a dynamic tooltip that displays attribute and measure information as you hover over layers. There is already some functionality when creating features that show lat/long. Hopefully this would be available in its own 'mode' or by default without the need for creation.

Example with control section and chainage on road network done in SDK. The values update as I move the mouse.
