Being able to disconnect Utility Network features

Currently, the web editor adheres to utility network rules, particularly regarding connectivity. When a line is connected to a point, moving the end of the line also moves the connected point.

However, it would be beneficial to be able to disconnect lines from points, as is the case in ArcGIS Pro :

@PierreloupDucroix you can disable Rubberbanding, which is in the Snapping dialog.  This should allow you to move network features disconnected from any other feature.

Of course, sorry, I thought the Rubberbanding tool was the equivalent to the "Stretch Topology" tool (first tool on the left in my image).

It works great.
