Add Map Tools Setting to specify address locator

The Web Editor has an address search capability but it defaults to ESRI's address locator. I would like to have the option to specify a custom address locator which would narrow results and be more accurate using my own organizations address locator.

@SteveColeIs this for Online or Enterprise?  If Enterprise, which version are you using?

Web Editor supports other address locators configured under the Org settings.

My use is inside Enterprise (we're at 11.5). I had a feeling that your response was going to be the suggestion.
