Where to change in map credits/attributions?

Hi there, 

Im looking to change the credit attributions that appear in the bottom right hand corner of web applications. Im curious if the process is different for apps hosted in AGOL vs no AGOL hosted apps. I can't find any documentation for where to set the credit attributions, see example below.
