Web Application freeze

Hello everyone,

I am facing an issue with one of our web apps configured via WebApp Builder. After upgrading to Enterprise 11.1 in August of last year, I started to notice that our app is behaving strangely, but it's not permanent, it's now and then. 
The issue with this app is that after a few minutes of utilization, all the layers and widgets are gone, sometimes even a zoom-in or out causes this behavior.  A month ago I increased the capacity of our feature layers (they are configured with dedicated instances) and last week I created a new map with the same layers, but the issue is still here.

Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, how did you manage to resolve it?

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

I'm seeing it too. Did you figure it out?

Initially I thought it had something to do with the antivirus software and got IT to apply an exception to the relevant folders. In addition to dedicated instances I also increased the number of instances from 2 to 5.

I further experimented with increasing the timeout times but all of these tweaks are on the data side and not the frontend app side.

I know this reply is not super helpful other than saying "you are not alone and others are experiencing it too"
