Web AppBuilder "Attribute links" prefacing link with portal URL

I've added a link to a web app and the link is being prefixed with the portal URL.

This isn't the behaviour I remember...

It does this sometimes if your URL isn't formatted just so. It's not WAB doing it, but rather the web map itself. Without the "https://" or "http://" in front of the URL, it will assume the link is a relative URL to something else in your portal / org.

Here are two links. Note the address preview at the bottom of the browser.

Can you provide an example/screen shot of what you are looking at?  Is your link being generated by Arcade code?  If yes, can you provide that as well?
