I know this question has been asked in the discussion area but I seem to have a different problem. I can not get the popups to work in the Web AppBuilder when using a feature service layer (so I can edit) and a mapserver layer(so I can see my custom labels). If I take either the feature of map layer out of the base webmap, the popups will work in in the Web AppBuilder. If both are on, popups only work in the base web map and not in the web AppBuilder. Any ideas?
Also note: services are being pulled from a local ArcGIS Server.
