Web AppBuilder - Layer Refresh Gone in iOS?

Hi Everyone.

I had a Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS created application that I have been using for months, if not a year, in iOS - Safari.  I had features in one of the services set with a Refresh Interval for AVL data.  It was working fine until last week.  Now, I can only get a refresh when I zoom in.  If I return to any previous zoom levels, it shows a cached view - old data.  When looking at it from the Web Map interface or in the PC browser, it works just fine.

Something wrong with the new build and iOS/Safari?

Adam, is your app from WAB Dev or WAB AGOL?

The app is from WAB AGOL.

...and update...

It works in the Puffin browser for iOS.  It does not work in Chrome for iOS.

  I do not have data that is updated on a constant bases to test (my AVL data is not a map service, it is a web service that returns json with lat and lon that I then build graphics from on the client). I would definitely call tech support on this.
