WAB Printing

I have created a simple app using WAB B3 and I've noticed that when you zoom in as far as you can and print, the basemap will not print out.  Can someone else test this out to see if it's my setup/config or a just common issue with the ESRI basemaps.

Further to this... an easy test is open a blank map on AGOL, zoom in as far as you can and print...
