WAB-Dev 2.10 : KML display issue

Hi All,

I have added external kml service in my web-map and i can see data in web map viewer but when i configured web-map to application no data is getting displayed on map. 

When i open web-map in viewer it uses below url to parse kml which is my 'portal url' and everything works fine,

but application is redirecting to below arcgis utility url and in response getting below exception. 

                                                

{"error":{"code":400,"message":"File not found. Wrong url or out of memory.","details":[]}}

So why application is redirecting to arcgis utility and is there any way to redirect to my portal url so i can get kml data on map.

Any help would be appreciated,
