Is ESRI planning on making the time slider widget available for 3D apps?

Or will this functionality be available in the API?

I've noticed a couple of questions and ideas on this topic in the community, but no responses in the last 3 or 4 years.

Thanks

Keith

I'm not sure about the 3D apps, but this functionality is already available in the 4.x API.  You can try it by changing the MapView to SceneView in this example: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/sample-code/sandbox/?sample=widgets-timeslider

Thanks Bjorn, thats very helpful and all I really need.

It would be nice though if anyone else out there knows if there are any plans to put this in a WAB widget for the scene viewer.

Hi, I just wanted to say that the timeslider widget works in a 3d map (scene) with the Arcgis javascript api 4x. Check out this app: https://repository.energy.ca.gov/3D_Visualizations/hydroelectric/hydroviz.html

Landing page is here: https://www.energy.ca.gov/data-reports/energy-almanac/california-electricity-data/visualization-seas...
