Summary Widget not adding to WebApp Builder in AGOL

HI, I've been making Web Apps for 3 years with the same process. For past 2 days unable to add/load  Summary or Situational Analysis widget to Web AppBuilder in existing Web App or a brand new app. 

I can add other widgets like query widget without a problem. 

Any ideas ?

I am currently unable to reproduce the issue.

Could you check if any of the following steps work for you?

1. Clear browser cache.

2. Check with a different browser.

3. Check on a different machine/ network.

You could check with the Esri Support as well.

Seems to be Google browser related. Edge worked ok.
