Shared Theme header not applying to Atlas Instant App

Hello, I am trying out the new "Atlas" Instant App, and am finding that the colors of my organization's Shared Theme  are not propagating to the header of my app. I see that our logo and logo link are working.

Here are my Shared Theme colors:

Here is where my Header should be:

Note: when I drag my cursor over the whitespace, the text appears, indicating to me that the text is white (or transparent) on a white background. When I set up a custom header, it displays correctly - but then I lose our logo and link. Should I be patient and hope that my shared theme is incorrectly cached somewhere? Ideas?
