restrict direct access to the WAB apps

Hello,

I want to use the web app builder for developer, but I need to restrict the access to the app itself (not only the data) so the user can enter only within the portal, the apps are deployed in a public access IIS. I know I can register an app with in the portal but how do I prevent access directly to

WABde requires you, or anyone to sign into the the portal it would consume.  This is done by the APP you had set up in the portal in the first place.

If you are referring to 'dont show the WABde' at all... then this is not an ESRI question, but a Network admin question.
