I have created an app using the WebApp Builder through Portal for ArcGIS and have added the 'Report Feature' widget.
It work fine on the laptop and on the Ipad. However, when it is used on a smart phone the fields to input information will not appear. The only thing that shows when you click on the map is a box that says 'details'
Is anyone else having this issue and if so, is it easily fixable?
