Query Widget - Unable to Edit

I am trying to edit the results settings in the query widget on AGOL WAB. I have four search options of which I am only able to click on the topmost. Even then, when I navigate to the results settings tab there is no information on the screen whatsoever. I have never had this problem before today. Below is a screenshot showing what the results tab looks like. The highlighted task on the left is the only clickable item on the page.

Hi, have you found solution for this, i am experiencing the same here but couldn't find workarounds for this.
