Print GP not printing complete basemap data frame extent

Hi,
We can not use the printing services from the Utility folder. So we have created a GP service, just publishing the printing tool to be added to the printed widget. The GP service works fine inside the Widget, but the map created doesn't print the full extent of the basemaps. It does with the webservicies data.
Can you help me here?
