No Legend Widget in stemapp3d folder

There supposed to be the Legend Widget in stemapp3d folder according to the documentation (Legend widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developers ).  However, I don't see it in the folder.  I freshly downloaded Version 2.3 today and looked at the widgets folder to make sure.  Can I use Legend Wiget from 2D or the Legend Widget for 3D is different from 2D?

  The 3d Legend widget is new to the 2.4 WAB which is currently only available on AGOL.

• A new Legend widget is available for viewing legend information in 3D apps.

The Developer edition will not come out for a few weeks.
