I want to make popups moveable in my portal web appbuilder apps. I tried follow the instructions in the article: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000015175
But I didn't get it to work.
Is it supposed to work in portal 10.8.1 and WAB 2.16?
Tried changing the corresponding files in both E:\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\webappviewer and E:\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\webappbuilder\stemapp for the JewleryBox Theme. Is this the right files?
