I have a customized buffer GP tool. It is a simple multiple buffer tool that I have serviced. When I run the tool in Web AppBuilder the output buffer distance is incorrect. I have tried running my layers as UTM NAD83 Z16 as well as Web Mercator. Neither work. How can I correct this discrepancy? Thank you my GIS friends.
