I need to include the following functionality in a web app: identify all watersheds that are hydrologically related to any particular watershed, i.e. watersheds that are upstream or downstream of a particular watershed. I want to use a geoprocessing service in Web AppBuilder. Anyone know of an existing workflow/model I could utilize? Thank you, Cass.
