Please I need to display the date in the web map in format dd/mm/yyy , with gives "zero" digit if month and day less than 10 foe example 01/02/1997 , I configured the popup of map to display the date at format dd/mm/yyy but its display it without zero if the month or day less than 9 . Please help me , its solved from service of ArcGIS server ?
