Hyperlinks in Dart theme

Good Morning everyone,

Does anyone know how do you make hyperlinks visible on the banner of the dart theme layout in the Web App Builder? 

Can hyperlinks be made visible any other way in dart theme?

I'm not seeing them in the display even though I added some.

   The Dart theme does not support links. There is no code in the Dart controller to support links.
