How to create a time series chart using a widget in WAB from an excel file?

i have an excel file that contains the data similar to the one shown in image above. the values 0-23 are the time intervals and the data has been recorded at each hour. i want to create a time series plot for all 23 hours and all the data values related to it. there are more than 1 stations in the file. i want that when the user clicks on a station on the map, the time series graph appears for that station. How can i do that? i have tried playing around with chart widget but i cannot make a time series plot.
