How do I configure the loading screen in the latest WAB?

Hello,

I am using the hosted web app builder template and cannot find where to configure the loading screen for the map. I thought there used to be the option to add your own logo and change the color of the loading screen in previous releases. Any information is appreciated.

Emily - 

To configure the loading screen you will need to use Web AppBuilder Developer Edition. ESRI doesn't provide for customizing the login screen with the hosted version.
