Is there a way to make the Identify popup draggable/floating? I find it annoying when you click on a feature the the Identify popup, popups in front of the feature. it would be nice to be able to move it our of the way. If there is a way in what file and what lines do i need to edit to make the Identify popup moveable. As you can see in the attachment the popup covers most of the feature when you click on it.
