Feature to feature relationship and unexpected zooming in Web App Builder

I've run across an issue and I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

I have data involved in a 1:M relationship class between a Disease Tree Site and many trees that are on the site.  So this is a relate between 2 point feature classes.  I created a WAB app that we can use to search the data with different queries like Owner Name, Site ID, Tree species.  When I perform the query and click on the results, the application zooms in and keeps zooming in upon click.  So if I click on the results again it keeps zooming in and zooming in.

I don't have this issue with other data in relationships that are only feature class to table.  I've worked with ESRI on this and haven't gotten a resolution yet.

Any experience with this out there or any ideas?

   Did esri log it as a bug?

No.  I got passed from the Online team to the server team thinking that there was an issue with my service or data.  There was a slight issue that was resolved but it didn't fix the zooming issue.  The incident got closed and I'm working on getting it reopened.  But, I though I'd check here to see if anyone has experienced this.
