Error when creating a 3D using default 3D template

I was trying to create a 3D app using the default 3D template within WAB 2.0 Developer edition. "Create App Error" was thrown. Has anybody had the same issue? thanks

Installed WAB 2.1 and was able to create 3D apps with built-in templates.
