Embedded Crowdsource Polling App Bug: Browser scrolls half way down when the feature is selected.

I have yet to have any one from Esri respond to this. Crowdsource polling app when embedded (right now in a portfolio inside a Hub Page... and yes, this happens when it's not in a portfolio too), scrolls down the page as soon as I click a feature or try to comment. Can someone from Esri comment on this bug?

Hmmm.... still happens. Both in Chrome and Edge. Just jumps down to the middle of the page for embedded content. This time Survey123.
