Editor Tracking fields populated with "Esri_Anonymous"

Hello everyone,

I am running an Web AppBuilder   using the Edit widget to edit a layer. The feature class has Editor Tracking  enabled.

I was expecting to see on the Creator Field and Editor field the ID of the user who digitized the feature but instead of that it shows the value "Esri_Anonymous".

Is there any  configuration I am missing?
