Editing popup window not reformatting for mobile devices

Is anyone else finding that their app works great on a desktop, but doesn't translate well to mobile devices? I have a basic app that has the editing widget with 4 possible point features to add.  The map looks great on mobile device and widgets are reorganized well, but the editing popup window is unusable on pretty much all the device.

   Now that WAB is a fully supported release product if you find bugs or issues, you will need to contact esri tech support and file the bug or enhancement request.
