Disable Basemap

Hi all, how can I disable the default basemap?

I dont want to load any basemap...

I do not believe this is possible since WAB uses AGOL.

One option would be to add a service with just a white polygon that covers your whole project. Then publish that service and use it as a basemap on AGOL.
