We get minus figures returned for distance using the directions widget for walking routes (using roads and paths ) in web appbuilder. We know our routing service is fine because we have tested in pro and the distances returned for a calculated route are correct. A ticket has been raised with ESRI and they have mirrored/confirmed that this is a bug and not anything wrong with our routing/config etc. The versions make no difference either, ESRI have tested and this presents itself in the latest as well as older versions. The directions widget does work in experience builder using the same routing service (Again this has been confirmed by ESRI) but only in the latest versions. We don't have access to this widget in the older version we have and we cannot currently update. ArcGIS online isn't an option for us either.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so did you find a fix or workaround?
We have used the latest OS Highway data and the ESRI ukdataloader tool to build our routing network.
