I have a couple-year old map service I recently added a new data layer to. I'm not sure why the layer description for this new layer isn't loading in the pop-up menu of the Layer List Widget (see "DescriptionIssue1" attachment). The descriptions for both the layer and sublayers are filled out in the ArcMap MXD, in the map image layers on Portal, and in the REST Service.
The description popup loads just fine for previously added layers (see "DescriptionIssue2" attachment).
When I look at the web map in Map Viewer via Portal, I only have the option to "see item details" (see "DescriptionIssue3") for this new feature layer; but no option to see the description.
Any ideas on how I can get the description option to show up?
