Define another coordinate system in webapp builder

With the help of the Data Aggregation widget that I added in arcgis web appbuilder, I can use csv files when my points are in the wgs84 coordinate system. It doesn't show points that are in another coordinate system like TUREF. Can I enable this from within Javascript?

I also have no experience working with the data aggregation widget, so sorry I can not help.
