Cscading Related Tables

Hello,
I have nested relates that I need to be able to view in a web interface of some sort (Web map, Operations Dashboard, Story maps, a combination of several, etc.)
When a person selects the parent feature all of the relates cascade out in a single view. I created this in ArcGIS Pro.
Is there a way to see all this data in a single view in a web app?
I am using Hosted Services in an Enterprise Portal (10.7.1)
An added cherry would be to have the ability to add related records from this view.
