Can you change the symbolgy in WebAPP for imported KML files?

Hey everyone! 

I've built out a Webapp and using the data import widget which allows me to import kml files.  Once in awhile the polygons import but the lines are invisible.  Is there any way to set the default symbology for files that are imported?
