Can't see all applications in Webappbuilder

Hello! I have a problem, something happened once when I was logging into webappbuilder and I discovered that on one of my servers one application disappeared and on another server, both of my apps disappeared. 

What is more, i can't create new app, because i dont have any template to choose

Someone know what to do in order to restore those missing apps and templates?

Sounds like a bug.  I would contact ESRI support.  They may also be able to assist you with recovering your apps.
