Build a Web Mapping Application of oriented imagery for local images

I want to learn and create a web mapping application for Oriented imagery (see example the image of EsriImageryWorkflows) 

I have a layer with exposure points (GPS coordinate of the location). In the layer of this exposure points located360 images ( I have saved local the 360 images)

My question is which steps have i do to create a web mapping application for local images of Oriented Imagery?

Or do you have other suggestions?
