Attribute table behaviour in WebApp Builder

I have a polygon layer with more than 1M records and the attribute table is not so responsive when is open due to the number of records.  Is there any way to set by default the option to "Filter by map extent" for better performance? 

Also, although you can configure with layers appear in the attribute table, you still can open the table for any layer if selected in the layer list.  Is there a way to prevent that?  In other words, be able to show the table for only those layers you configure in the attribute table widget.

I have to agree with you, I would like to do the same, in fact I think the WAB team should strongly consider making the "Filter by map extent" on by default.
