In the Attachment Viewer item https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=3ce375a56ed145bfa5e2214e2ad8983d it says you should be able to start a new web app by choosing the Attachment Viewer Template, but I don't have that in my list of templates available on AGOL (not portal).
My real goal is to have something like the attachment viewer where the attachments load in a separate window as you select a feature without lots of clicking and opening separate tabs in a browser, but also have other web app builder widgets like the smart editor.
I want to use the AGOL Web App Builder not the developer version.
Is this possible?
