ArcGIS Web AppBuilder 2.23 Developer does not contain 2D default template to choose

Hi,

Recently, I just download Web Appbuilder for Developer version 2.23 and when I run it I notice that it does not contain all the default template such as 2D default and 3D default template. It just have the Ground Zero template to choose with. Do you know why? Or is there any why to get back the 2D and 3D default template?

I see there has been no comments, but I'm wondering did you ever find out what the issue was? I am in the same situation.
