I have an ArcGIS Online web app that includes ESRI's default print widget. When I use the advanced print options in the widget and set the Force Scale value to 4,800 (to get a 1" = 400" scale) the map outputs with a scale of 1:3450.
The web app has all of the services hosted on AGOL and is in WGS 84.
Am I missing something or is there an error in the widget?
